What Can I Return?

Any part orders can be returned under the following conditions.

  • Any items ordered in error by the customer –  i.e. wrong part number, or a wrong part ordered.

In this situation, the customer will be entitled to a refund less a 15% handling charge. 

  • Any items ordered in error by us –  i.e. wrong part number, wrong part sent, item arrived broken.

In this situation, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. 

Who is liable for the postage cost?

If you ordered a part in error and need to return it then you, the customer, are liable for the postage costs.

If you received a part in error due to a mistake by us, then Westomatic will be liable for the postage cost and will arrange collection of the part.
